We woke up on the coldest day this winter to a house that was 40 degrees! Our heater went out sometime during the night while we slept. I called Nytech. What I experienced was exceptional customer service from the initial call for the appointment to the Tech calling to confirm and let me know he was on his way and even offering to stop along the way to pick me up a hot coffee. Wow! Benji was the technician that arrived and was extremely courteous and professional, putting on boot covers to protect the carpets without me even asking which I really appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and kept me informed about everything he was doing and why and was upfront on all costs before he did it. Benji went out of his way to make me feel comfortable about everything he need to do to get the heat working again. When he was done replacing the part that caused the problem and fired up the heater he heard a sound that he didn't particularly like and took everything apart again to insure it was working correctly and there wouldn't be any other problems. Not only that but another company hired by the previous owner of the home had created a real mess with the wiring and Benji took it upon himself to straighten all of that out as well. That is a philosophy and professionalism and a pride in workmanship you rarely see these days. I could not be happier with Nytech. They installed my AC last summer and took extra care that I was completely satisfied with the work. Now this winter they saved my family from cold. Every interaction I've had from making the appointment to the technician that arrives and the follow-up call the next day is 100% exceptional. The professionalism and technical knowledge and proficiency of every technician they have sent to my home is incredible. You actually feel confident that everything will be done correctly and as promised. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company.

Arrived on time and completed on time; courteous and competent

Trenton faced a variety of plumbing challenges this morning.He was cool and calm and was able to figure out solutions and fix the problems.He explained what he was doing and why.Very professional and competent! ,

Our thermostat went blank. Turned out to be a short in the wires. Our tech, Tyler, was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem and explained how we could do the needed repair on our own if we preferred. In addition, he arrived on time, listened carefully, explained clearly what he was doing, and couldn't have been nicer. Curiously, we lost power in part of our house that night that was on the same circuit as our utility closet. Nytech sent Tyler out the next morning and he identified and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes ... a breaker that hadn't visibly tripped just needed to be reset. Terrific experience from start to finish. We signed up for an annual service plan based on the very positive experience.
