I have had two experiences with Nytech, the first one for my A/C unit and now my furnace. The technician saved my unit literally and dialed in its performance to a much better functioning a/c system. I’m sure it would of completely fell apart in a short time. My second call was a furnace tune up. Yes it cost me some $$ but in the long run it probably saved me some. In short, the technician explained what he did, told me I needed to have a capacitor replaced and was able to do that immediately. All very professional. I now have comfort knowing that both my a/c and furnace are working properly.

I have had other heating and cooling technicians fix issues, but no one has been this thorough and explain what was going on. I was given a few options to improve the performance of my systems and no pressure. After Colt finished fixing the issues with my A/C it’s running better than new. Another plus, here it is 100 degrees in Denver and they were able to send a technician out the very same day.
