Amber from NyTech came out and measured the ductwork in my home to assure the furnace I selected would be the right size, and reviewed options with me in detail. Levi and Brody from NyTech replaced the furnaces and were extremely professional. These guys worked hard and did an excellent job. They went above and beyond to assure all my questions and concerns were handled. I selected NyTech because I wanted peace of mind knowing the furnaces were installed correctly without cutting corners. I felt NYTech provided excellent service at a fair price.

We are new homeowners in Highlands Ranch, having arrived from Ky on 28 Mar 23. We wanted to make sure our HVAC system was ready for the summer and get information on a whole house humidifier since the CO air is much drier for us. We chose NYTEC since ther serviced the system under the previous owner. We were very pleased with senior service tech Benji Tafoya. He explained all aspects of the service and allowed us to follow him around as he was doing his system checks and answered all our probing questions. We signed up for the total care program because we want a company that is familiar with our system and has provided service in the past. We have a humidifier being installed soon. We are beyond pleased with their customer service. We highly recommend NYTEC for any of your plumbing, heating or air needs. Prices are fair and reasonable. Both Benji and Mike exceeded what we expected. Mike helped us and stayed on the phone with us late on a Saturday night and Benji was inside by 9am Sunday helping us with a solution, engaged us in decision making and fixed other vendor’s mistake. I have already recommended them to multiple friends. Benji really bent over backward to help us feel safe and like it was all under control. Best at both expertise and manners. Very happy with the whole experience.

My experience with NYTECH is worth noting as exceptional. I feel like I'm well served as a customer and their work is always done with excellence in mind . Discovered my A/C unit blowing hot air after running for a long day in the heat. After troubleshooting with no success, I called two other nearby Heating and Cooling experts on a Saturday (assuming serviceability based on locality), but both responded with no availability until Monday. Third time was a charm, because I called Nytech in Castle Rock and they arrived within the hour to check out my A/C unit and have it up and running again. Next time, Nytech will be the first call I make if I run into any A/C or Furnace issues. Very satisfied and great experience! Additionally, they service 24/7, so you don't have to wait for the next business day.

Ricky McVay was the serviceman who came to work in our home. Certified/repaired our A/C & furnace for us and did an outstanding job. He was very polite, courteous and professional.

Ricky really took care of us today. Another company told us we need to replace both our AC unit and our old furnace while we're at it. Nytech went out of their way to find out that our unit still had 3 years of warrant left, but they tried some things and were able to fix it without using the warranty!

Great Service

Colt did a great job once again! This time for servicing our AC before we get to summer. As a matter of fact, I was having an issue with a weird sound coming from my humidifier or furnace. We were trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Although we couldn’t replicate the sound during the service, Colt was very patient and persistent with trying to figure it out. Thank you.
