...Tyler is a dedicated conscientious HVAC professional. I found him courteous and very informative--a great teacher as we are transplants from the East Coast, the land of heating oil. I needed a clear tutorial on the world of gas furnaces and he provided a good education.

We are new homeowners in Highlands Ranch, having arrived from Ky on 28 Mar 23. We wanted to make sure our HVAC system was ready for the summer and get information on a whole house humidifier since the CO air is much drier for us. We chose NYTEC since ther serviced the system under the previous owner. We were very pleased with senior service tech Benji Tafoya. He explained all aspects of the service and allowed us to follow him around as he was doing his system checks and answered all our probing questions. We signed up for the total care program because we want a company that is familiar with our system and has provided service in the past. We have a humidifier being installed soon. We are beyond pleased with their customer service. We highly recommend NYTEC for any of your plumbing, heating or air needs. Prices are fair and reasonable. Thank you, Benji, for being so patient with new homeowners to this area, trying to navigate the many HVAC companies and services to choose from.

Discovered my A/C unit blowing hot air after running for a long day in the heat. After troubleshooting with no success, I called two other nearby Heating and Cooling experts on a Saturday (assuming serviceability based on locality), but both responded with no availability until Monday. Third time was a charm, because I called Nytech in Castle Rock and they arrived within the hour to check out my A/C unit and have it up and running again. Next time, Nytech will be the first call I make if I run into any A/C or Furnace issues. Very satisfied and great experience! Additionally, they service 24/7, so you don't have to wait for the next business day.

Ricky McVay was the serviceman who came to work in our home. Certified/repaired our A/C & furnace for us and did an outstanding job. He was very polite, courteous and professional.

Ricky really took care of us today. Another company told us we need to replace both our AC unit and our old furnace while we're at it. Nytech went out of their way to find out that our unit still had 3 years of warrant left, but they tried some things and were able to fix it without using the warranty!

Colt did a great job once again! This time for servicing our AC before we get to summer. As a matter of fact, I was having an issue with a weird sound coming from my humidifier or furnace. We were trying to figure out what was causing the problem. Although we couldn’t replicate the sound during the service, Colt was very patient and persistent with trying to figure it out. Thank you.

I received my one free service today for previously being a member of a company that went out of business. Colt did a great job on today’s service. Was happy overall and glad that my Honeywell thermostat panel is now fixed.

Benji arrived at the beginning of my service window, which is always nice. He fixed our AC unit quickly and made sure everything was working appropriately before he left.

Benji was always courteous, and very patient. He explained things I had questions about and made recommendations I wanted to know about. He never hurried. He also did not "talk down" to me. I appreciate that Nytech people are always on time, as I am sure that is difficult to do sometimes. I feel like the service is top of the line.
