They spoke to the homeowner about the pros and cons of repairs vs replacement, and the homeowner decided to move forward with setting up a comfort consultation for a furnace replacement. Daikin Furnace Replacement – Coach House Loop in Castle Rock
We were called out on a no heat repair call on a cold March day and got straight to work. Upon diagnosis, our techs discovered the induced draft motor spinning without load, which was caused broken fan assembly pieces inside its housing. They also noted rust on the top of the blower deck, which lead them to inspect the secondary heat exchanger. To their surprise, they discovered the secondary heat exchanger had failed, which brings the potential for the furnace to have carbon monoxide related issues and/or flame roll out issues. Both the induced draft motor and the heat exchanger would need to be fully replaced in order to bring system back into safe operation. These repairs exceed the value of the furnace, so it was recommended to replace the furnace instead of repair, and the replacement was scheduled for the next day. We replaced their furnace with a high efficiency Daikin furnace and custom plenum. This new system is backed by our Golden Guarantees.

Brayden was one of the friendliest service techs I've ever worked with. I had a decent list of things to have checked out around the house and he came at the tail-end of the day to look at everything and make solid decisions around. I had a couple drains that were clogged, some toilets needing replaced, and the worst issue: a corroded pipe in my crawl space that drives my radiated heated floors which started leaking everywhere down there. There definitely more work to do, but only because we need more parts and equipment for some future work getting done. Thanks for making it painless, and for getting me on the schedule so quickly with my pipe emergency!

I've had 3-4?-maybe 5 visits from Nytech techs and all of the work has been excellent, including Tyler. I learned a while ago, if you want to have "reasonable" fees, by hiring a handy-man, you're going to end up having to spend more in the end. Nytech is a serious, organized, competent all the way around company. Costs a little more but fully worth it. Thanks

My heating was out and I was provided an appointment within two hours of my call. Ryan was helpful and the issue was quickly resolved.
I had scheduled an inspection service on my Heating unit prior to the weather getting cold. Robert Schultze was the Nytech Technician who visited my house for the inspection. Robert was an absolute professional during the entire visit. He called prior to arriving, arrived on time, was very polite, and performed a very thorough inspection of my unit. Upon completion of the inspection, Robert went over his findings and made recommendations based on what he had observed. Robert answered all my questions regarding the recommendations. I decided to take Robert up on his recommendation to replace one of the components on the heater to ensure trouble free operations for the years to come. Robert ordered the proper part and installed it on a subsequent visit. Overall, I was very happy with the work Robert performed....he is a great asset to the Nytech team.
